Pictures are licensed in multiple ways:
Wallpaper Use: All wallpapers on my digital store are subject to this license. The purchaser may use the purchased wallpaper as a home screen or lock screen background on any personally owned device. Purchasers are not authorized to use purchased wallpapers in any other way, including, but not limited to, printing, virtual backgrounds (when stored off of the device), or use on a device not owned by the purchaser.
Publication Use: Permission to print images in Printed publications. This license includes digital publication permission. Limited to one publication per license.
Full Use: Permission to print pictures, or publish in digital or printed publications, or use in digital media. There is no limit to the number of times the picture may be used or printed. Photo credit required on published works.
Full Use - No Credit: Available per image, allows use in printed media without providing credit.
Photoshoots: Images subject to the license as part of your photoshoot arrangement.
If you are curious as to which license an image falls under, please reach out. Intentional or negligent violations of license terms may result in a mandated payment of a license granting permission for the use at present rates.
At no point is an image sold - all images are licensed only. All purchases are of licenses. Licenses may be perpetual or per-use.
Misuse of any image by any entity is a violation of copyright law.
